RECUPLASTIK V

The RECUP V model with lifting mast and head rotation by hydraulic cylinder over 135° allows to reproduce the manual collection.
The speed of the reel is regulated from a box in the tractor cab.
Its hydraulically rotating head allows the film to be picked up from the front and from the right or left side.  The concept of picking up the film from the side, far away and upwards allows the soil to be removed and the plastic film to be shaken off the plants without the addition of a brush.
The bale is released by hydraulically opening the cones vertically and can be placed directly into a skip.
Compliance and safety features.
The machine has few components. It is possible to follow the film path from the tractor cab without discomfort.
The operator can stop the rotation of the hydraulic motor at any time from his transport position on the machine’s footboard. This function is fulfilled by an emergency stop button.
