Hemmed tarp Layer Reel-Up

This machine has been developed in particular to work on asparagus crops using the hemmed tarpaulin.
It can be positioned behind or in front of the tractor.
The hydraulic power used is that of the tractor.
The tubular frame is in the form of a deformable parallelogram. This clever kinematics has the effect of keeping the reel always perpendicular to the ridge.

This adjustable translation allows :

⦁ to pick up the stored coil without getting off the tractor.
⦁ to avoid overthicknesses at the hems filled with soil when picking up, and therefore to limit the diameter of the coil.
⦁ to correct the effects of wind when laying the tarpaulin.
In order to limit the slippage of the plastic, the tarpaulin is wrapped around a square section tube.

The system is entirely controlled by the operator who can intervene at any time on :

⦁ the regulation of the winding speed (manual and adjustable).
⦁ the release and hydraulic gripping of the coil.
⦁ the adjustment of the parallelogram position.
