Equipment design :

-Tubular chassis with category II coupling
– On the front beam 8 opening discs, mounted on sliding flanges adjustable in angle, height and width.
– On the transverse arm the slides supporting the film roll chucks and also on the welded crosspieces the tension and anti-self rotation brakes.
– On the rear beam are the 8 film holding wheels, adjustable in height, angle and width.
-At the rear of the machine, the helical perforating wheels are mounted on tie rods.
Between the axis of the micro perforation 25mm or other on request.
On this same beam will be positioned the pigtail teeth supporting the covering skimmers.
